Reviews pile up.
Managing reviews across multiple client profiles quickly becomes repetitive.
White-label platform for agencies
Give your agency a fully branded platform for managing Google Business Profiles, reviews, posts, AI creatives, automation, analytics and client reporting — while you own the client relationship.
Built for agencies that want to scale client management without scaling manual work.
*Unlimited client onboarding refers to client account onboarding under the applicable white-label arrangement; usage-based resources may have separate limits.
The problem
01
Managing reviews across multiple client profiles quickly becomes repetitive.
02
Agencies need a repeatable publishing workflow that survives busy weeks.
03
Generic AI does not automatically understand each client's brand, services, offer or voice.
04
Clients want to know what happened, what changed and what should happen next.
The platform
BizPulse brings client management, reviews, posts, AI creatives, automation, analytics and reporting into one white-label environment.
The agency is the customer. The platform sits underneath your brand, your client accounts sit inside it, and the delivery modules do the repetitive work your team currently does by hand.
How it works
Six steps, in order. Most agencies complete the first three in an afternoon.
Logo, colours, favicon, login page, support address and footer. Your client never meets our brand.
Client accounts are created inside your portal, with their own users and their own permissions.
Google Business Profiles are connected per client. One client can hold many locations.
Posting cadence, review replies and approval rules, configured per client rather than globally.
PDF for the client, CSV for the analyst, opening with a summary in plain English.
The same operating routine at ten clients as at a hundred, run by the same team.
Reviews
Automatic synchronisation every hour, AI-drafted replies in each business's own voice, complaints prioritised, and an approval queue that decides what may publish.
Automation never has to mean blind publishing.
Thank you for telling us, and I am sorry about the wait — a booked table should not mean forty minutes at the door. I have passed this to our floor manager so the delay is explained at the point it happens. If you are willing to give us another visit, please ask for Priya at the desk.

AI Post Studio
The Studio builds the brief before it builds the image: what the business is, where it operates, what the campaign is, what the goal is and which brand it belongs to. Generation is the last step.

AI Creative Director
Most tools send a sentence straight to an image model and hope. The Creative Director structures the decision first, so the output belongs to one specific business in one specific city running one specific offer.

Styles are editable creative directions, not fixed filters. Agencies can create their own house styles and apply them across a client base.

Brand kit
Logo, two brand colours, a house look, contact information and a preferred style — set once, applied to everything generated for that client.
Set once per client. Every creative generated for that client starts from it, so three different posts still look like one brand.

Google shows about the first 150 characters before “read more”.
Applied to the copy only. The creative is untouched.
If generation fails, the other three remain available and the post survives.
Nothing publishes until an approver signs it off.
Times follow the client's timezone setting.
Automation
Twelve posts a month, Tuesdays and Thursdays, educational and offer content, premium corporate direction, approval required. Configured per client, changed whenever you like.
Automation is configurable. Agencies decide what can publish automatically and what requires approval — and an approval requirement cannot be published around.
If image generation fails, the post should not unnecessarily fail.

Honest analytics
BizPulse compares activity against the business's own historical patterns. When there is not enough history to support a conclusion, the platform says so instead of manufacturing one.
This is a commercial advantage, not a limitation. An agency that never overstates a result never has to defend one, and the client learns that the numbers in your reports can be trusted.
Not enough history yet.
This comparison needs a few weeks with posts and a few weeks without, so there is something to compare against. The platform will not draw a conclusion before then.
A comparison against the business's own past is the only baseline the platform can honestly use. It does not compare a client to an invented industry average, and it does not describe a correlation as a cause.
AI Insights
An insight states what moved, what did not, and one next step small enough to actually take — clearly labelled as an AI-generated recommendation.
Review activity increased this month, while direction requests remained relatively flat.
Recommended next stepContinue monitoring direction requests and compare performance after sufficient history. No causal link between the two should be claimed yet.

Competitors
Nearby competitors, their ratings, their review counts and how those change over time — so “are we doing well?” has a defensible answer.
Review counts and ratings are public and comparable. The platform does not claim exact Google ranking positions, because those vary by searcher location and device.

QR campaigns
QR codes for the counter and the receipt, a scan counter, campaign tracking, the Google review link and a private feedback channel — with analytics behind all of it.
No rating gating. Both options are shown to everyone, at the same time, whatever they thought of the visit.

Reports
PDF and CSV, covering performance, reviews, posts and campaigns — and starting with a plain-English summary rather than a chart.
Every report carries your agency's branding, because your client is buying from you.
Impressions rose 14% on last month and website clicks rose 19%. Direction requests were broadly flat. Nine reviews arrived and all nine were answered within a day. Eight posts were published on schedule.

White-label
Turn BizPulse infrastructure into your agency's branded client platform.
You sell the service. Your agency owns the relationship. BizPulse powers the platform.
Agency business model
BizPulse licences the platform to your agency. What you build on top of it — the packages, the pricing, the contracts, the support relationship — belongs to you.
Your agency decides how to package and price its service. BizPulse makes no revenue claims and offers no guarantees about what you will earn.
Client scale
One platform designed to support an agency as its client base grows. What changes as you add clients is the number of rows, not the number of systems.
One platform designed to support an agency as its client base grows. Growth is not a promise — it is a shape the software is built to hold.
Admin platform
BizPulse includes the operational controls required to run the platform itself — the unglamorous half that agency-built software usually never finishes.

Support
Sign in as a client to see the experience exactly as they see it, with a permanent impersonation banner and a complete audit trail.
Support tickets that begin “it does not work” are answered in minutes rather than in screenshots, and the client can be shown exactly what was accessed.
The banner cannot be dismissed while impersonation is active, so nobody forgets which account they are working in — and the client can be told exactly what was viewed and when.

AI provider control
Review replies on one provider, post writing on another, image generation on a third. Your keys, your accounts, your cost control.
| Feature | Provider | Fallback |

| Creative brief | Provider B | — |
| Image generation | Provider C | Manual upload |
| Insights | Provider A | Section marked unavailable |
Security and safeguards
Tenant ownership is structural rather than relying on a filter that can be forgotten. Secrets are never exposed in logs or URLs. Publishing controls remain configurable. Failed jobs can be reclaimed.
Every record belongs to a tenant by structure. Ownership is enforced at the data layer rather than by a filter somebody could forget to apply.
Provider keys and credentials are encrypted at rest and are never exposed in logs, URLs or the client portal.
A strict policy limits what may execute in the browser, applied across the portal and this website.
Publishing rules are configurable per client, and automation cannot publish around an approval requirement.
Consequential actions — approvals, impersonation, configuration changes — are recorded with who and when.
Failed jobs are queued with a reason and can be reclaimed. A failure in one step does not discard the work around it.
These are engineering practices, described plainly. BizPulse does not claim security certifications it does not hold.
Error states
The configured provider did not respond. The feature is paused, the fallback provider is used where one is set, and nothing is published half-finished.
The post keeps its copy. Retry, upload an image, choose one from the library, or publish as text.
The rule for this client requires a person. The item stays here until somebody signs it off.
There is not enough data for an honest comparison, so no conclusion is offered.
Work is running in the background. Progress and failures are visible in the automation console.
Confirmed on the profile, with the timestamp recorded against the item.
Queued for its publish time, still editable until it goes out.
Agency ROI
Twenty clients at ₹2,999 a month is ₹59,980 a month and ₹7,19,760 a year. Change the inputs below to model your own numbers — this is arithmetic on your assumptions, not a forecast.
Illustrative agency economics based on your inputs.
This is arithmetic, not a forecast. It excludes your staff time, AI provider usage, ad spend, taxes, payment fees, client acquisition cost and churn. Actual results depend on your pricing, costs, client acquisition and retention.
Pricing
One licence for the agency portal. The two numbers below are both real, and both shown at the same size.
Agency white-label licence
One licence covers the whole platform: the agency admin panel, the branded client portal and every module below. There is no per-module upsell.
Initial activation
₹20,000
Paid once, when you activate the portal. This is an activation charge, not a monthly subscription.
Renewal
₹5,000
Charged at renewal to keep the licence, updates and support running. Budget for this from day one.
Included in the licence
Usage-based resources are the one thing to read carefully: AI text and image generation are billed by the provider you connect, so the volume your agency generates is a cost you control directly through your own provider keys. How the white-label portal works
The activation charge is paid once, when the portal is set up. It is not a monthly subscription and it is not the ongoing cost of running the platform — that is the renewal figure, stated here at the same size rather than in a footnote.
AI text and image generation run on the provider accounts you connect, using your own API keys. Those costs are billed to you by the provider and depend on how much your agency generates, which is why the platform lets you choose a different provider per feature.
There are no seat charges, no per-client fees from BizPulse and no per-module upsell.
Your clients are your business. You decide how you price your service.
Questions
The full list — thirty questions covering the platform, pricing, branding, AI providers, failure handling and the claims we deliberately do not make — is on the FAQ page.
BizPulse is a white-label local marketing platform. It gives a marketing agency a branded portal for managing its clients' Google Business Profiles — reviews, AI-drafted replies, Google posts, AI creatives, brand kits, automation, analytics, AI insights, competitor monitoring, QR campaigns, reports, profile audits, multiple locations, teams and billing — presented to the agency's clients under the agency's own brand.
Digital marketing agencies, local SEO agencies, social media agencies, web development agencies, marketing consultants, SaaS resellers, and agencies managing multiple local businesses, restaurants or multi-location groups. Businesses that need a multi-location management platform are a secondary audience, and normally reach the platform through an agency.
Yes. Your logo, colours, favicon, login page, support email, footer and custom CSS are applied to the client portal and to generated reports. Your clients work inside your platform.
The agency. BizPulse licences the platform to your agency; your clients are your customers, under your contracts and your pricing. BizPulse does not sell to your clients and does not sit between you and them.
Yes — unlimited client account onboarding under the applicable white-label arrangement. The honest caveat is usage-based resources: AI text and image generation are billed by the providers you connect with your own keys, so generation volume is a cost you control rather than a limit we impose.
Yes. BizPulse has no view on what you charge. Some agencies sell a flat monthly platform fee, some bundle it into an existing retainer, some charge a setup fee plus a monthly rate. Your agency decides how to package and price its service.
₹20,000 is the one-time initial activation charge for the white-label agency portal, paid once when the portal is set up. It is not a monthly price, not an annual price and not a subscription rate.
₹5,000 is the renewal price for the licence. It keeps the white-label portal, the platform updates and support running. It is the number to plan your budget around, which is why it is shown at the same size as the activation price rather than hidden in a footnote.
Yes. The login page, the portal and the reports your clients receive carry your agency branding.
Yes. The AI Post Studio builds a structured brief from the business context, applies a creative direction and the client's brand kit, then generates the creative and the post copy together and shows them in a Google preview. The brief is editable at every step.
Yes. Text providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, Mistral and OpenRouter; image providers include OpenAI Images, Gemini Images and Stability. You choose which provider handles which feature — review replies on one, post writing on another, image generation on a third — and supply your own API keys, which are encrypted at rest.
The post is not discarded. The copy is preserved and you can retry the image, upload one, choose one from the client library, or publish the post as text. A failed image should not fail a post.
No. Nobody can guarantee Google rankings, and any software that says otherwise is selling something it cannot deliver. BizPulse manages and reports on the Google Business Profile itself: completeness, review responsiveness, posting activity and profile performance metrics.
No. Every customer receives the same path. BizPulse does not hide the Google review option based on rating. Screening customers by predicted score before showing them the review link breaches Google's policies, and the penalty lands on your client's profile rather than on the vendor who suggested it.
