What the two prices mean
The activation charge is never a monthly, annual or subscription price — it is paid once, to activate the licence. The renewal charge is what keeps the licence, the updates and the support running afterwards.
Costs that are not ours
AI text and image generation run through the provider accounts you connect with your own API keys, and those providers bill you directly for usage. That is why the platform lets you route each feature to a different provider and switch when pricing changes.
There are no seat charges, no per-client fees from BizPulse and no per-module upsell.
What we will not do
No countdown timers, no limited seats, no invented discounts, no fabricated testimonials. If the licence is right for your agency it will still be right next week, at the same price.

Platform updates are included for as long as your licence is active — you are not charged separately for new versions of the software you have licensed.
Support for the licensed platform for as long as your licence is active: setup, configuration, faults and questions about how the software behaves. It covers the platform, not the day-to-day marketing work you do for your clients — that part is your service.
