What we collect on this website

Only what you send us. The demo request form collects your name, company name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the optional details you choose to add about your clients, locations, current tools and what you would like to automate. The contact form collects your name, email, subject and message.

This website does not set advertising cookies. A single first-party session cookie is used for form security (CSRF protection), and your theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. Analytics scripts are disabled unless enabled in configuration, and are disclosed here if they are.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare a demonstration, and answer questions about the licence. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, and then deleted on request. Rate-limiting records used to prevent form abuse contain a hashed identifier and are short-lived.

Data inside the platform

Where an agency licenses the BizPulse platform, that agency is the controller of its own clients' data and BizPulse acts as the processor for the data held in the platform. Client records are tenant-isolated. Provider API keys are encrypted at rest and are not exposed in logs or URLs.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].
