Refund policy

Before you buy
The demonstration exists so that the platform can be evaluated before any payment. If something matters to your agency, raise it there — that is a better outcome for both sides than a refund request afterwards.
Activation charge
The ₹20,000 initial activation charge covers provisioning the white-label portal. Once the portal has been provisioned and delivered, the charge has been used for its purpose.
Renewal charge
The ₹5,000 renewal charge covers the licence period that follows it. Where a renewal has been taken in error, or where the platform cannot be made to function for a documented technical reason attributable to us, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it.
Third-party usage
Amounts billed to you by AI providers or other third-party services for usage are outside this policy and are governed by those providers' own terms.
How to request
Email [email protected] with the account name and the payment reference. We will respond with a decision and the reason for it.
