BizPulse

Automation

Set the rules once. Let the platform handle the repetitive work.

Cadence, days, content mix, creative direction and whether a human has to approve — configured per client, visible at a glance, changeable at any time.

Part of the BizPulse white-label platform. Your brand. Your clients. One platform behind it all.

Automation is configurable. Agencies decide what can publish automatically and what requires approval.

Illustrative product data

The problem

Manual work does not scale linearly. It scales worse than that.

Ten clients is a routine. Forty clients is a schedule nobody can hold in their head.

Most agencies respond by hiring, which turns a software problem into a payroll problem.

Automation only helps if the agency can still say exactly what will happen next Tuesday, and stop it.

How it works

The sequence, end to end.

01

Configure

Volume, days, content mix, creative style and approval requirement.

02

Queue

Work is queued ahead of time so it can be reviewed before the publish date.

03

Gate

If approval is required, the item waits. It does not publish and then apologise.

04

Run

Approved work publishes at the scheduled time.

05

Report

Every run is recorded, including anything that failed and why.

What it includes

Every capability, named.

No feature on this list is an upsell. The white-label licence includes the whole platform.

Per-client rules

No global setting decides what happens to a client account.

Volume and cadence

For example twelve posts a month on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Content mix

Educational, offer, seasonal, service.

Creative direction

The style automated posts should follow.

Approval requirement

On, off, or conditional.

Review reply automation

Separate rules, including a rating floor that always requires a human.

Queue visibility

Waiting, running, failed and completed.

Reclaimable jobs

A failed job can be retried rather than lost.

Use cases

How agencies actually use it.

Every capability below is used inside your own branded portal, by your team or by your clients — whichever you decide.

See the agency model

A managed posting package

Twelve posts a month, agency approval, one review a week.

A low-touch tier

Automatic publishing for four-star and five-star review replies, human approval below that.

Seasonal ramp

Cadence increased for a festival month, then returned to normal.

Controls and safeguards

What stays under your control.

Automation without guardrails is just a faster way to publish something you would not have approved.

Approval always wins If a rule requires approval, automation cannot publish around it.
Rating floor Low-rating replies can be permanently held for a human regardless of other settings.
Pause per client Automation can be stopped for one client without touching the others.
When something fails Failures are visible rather than silent. A failed job shows in the queue with a reason, can be reclaimed and retried, and a failure in one part of a job — image generation, for example — does not automatically discard the rest of it.

More on the full FAQ

Only if you configure it to. Approval is a per-client setting and it is the setting automation obeys.

Only if you deliberately allow it. The recommended configuration holds low ratings for a person.
